We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover) - someone who enjoys connecting with people, recognizes potential and loves the challenge of finding the perfect match!

What will your role be?

You’ll be the driving force behind recruitment for our stores, making sure we attract and hire the right people at the right time. From the first application to the final job offer, you’ll make every step of the recruitment journey count.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Finding and attracting candidates through different recruitment channels;
• Reviewing applications and identifying the right profiles for our store teams;
• Organizing and conducting interviews to discover candidates’ skills, motivation and potential;
• Managing multiple recruitment processes while keeping everything on track;
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs;
• Creating a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback;
• Making job offers and turning great candidates into future colleagues;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of our talent acquisition processes to make recruitment smarter, faster and more efficient.

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in retail or another fast-paced environment;
• Enjoy working with people and know how to build meaningful connections;
• Can manage several priorities without losing sight of the details;
• Communicate confidently and professionally;
• Are proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented;
• Have a good command of English;
• Believe that a great candidate experience matters just as much as finding the right person.
